Yes. A proper site survey and subsequent plans take time and resources to produce correctly. A full refund however, will be made against any work that you may award to Boxwood Gardens. Surveys and Plans will cost between £50 - £1000, depending on the required work and specifications.

Start dates will depend on work awarded. For garden maintenance, in most cases an immediate start will be possible. For 'Design and Build' start dates depend on our present work load, time of year and specifications being agreed with yourself.

Garden maintenance is usually provided on a minimum of half a day, charged hourly. Design and Build projects depend totally on requirements and specifications, time of year and seasonal conditions. A definitive finish date will however always be provided.

Hard Landscaping is defined as the full-on building part of any project and would include, excavations, brick/stonework, paving, decking, water features and electrical work etc etc.

Soft Landscaping is defined as the finishing or 'dressing' of your project. It would include, planting, installation of garden features/Art and providing any areas of lawn that may be required.

Yes.We have designed and built and maintain gardens for the disabled and visually impaired.

Yes. We are registered installers of Artificial Grass and are more than happy to install this as a low maintenance option if so required.

Yes. Boxwood Gardens are fully insured for employee/sub-contractor liabilities and are covered for public liability up-to £10 million. All relevant insurance policies are available for inspection. Please contact the office for further information.
